Terms of service
These terms govern free accounts, Pro subscriptions, AI tools, shared study content, and use of Kirami Study™.
1. Age eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use Kirami Study™. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Using Kirami Study™
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for study material you upload, generate, publish, or share.
3. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan provides the features shown on the pricing page. Pro adds paid features such as AI generation, image occlusion/OCR, Simulation Lab, experimental browser-rendered 3D diagrams, enhanced cosmetics, and media features. Features may evolve, with material changes communicated where required.
4. Feature allowances and experimental tools
Current Pro allowances are displayed in the product and on the pricing page. OCR uses its own rolling weekly allowance. Experimental 3D diagram analyses, each newly generated Simulation Lab timeline, and each new template-based math explanation render share the stated rolling weekly visual-analysis allowance; saving, replaying, grouping already-generated simulations, or retrying the same math-render request does not consume another use. Experimental 3D outputs and AI-generated study content require review and may change as the product improves.
5. Recurring billing and renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year unless canceled. The recurring price, interval, taxes, and applicable currency are displayed before Stripe Checkout. There is no free trial unless expressly displayed at Checkout; Pro access begins after successful payment.
6. Click to cancel and refunds
You can cancel an active subscription directly from Account Settings without contacting support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally preserves access through the already-paid billing period. Refunds are provided when required by law or approved by Kirami Study™ support.
7. Price changes
We may change future subscription prices with advance notice where required. A price change will not alter an already-paid billing period. Continued use after a renewal at a disclosed new price is subject to applicable law.
8. Acceptable use and community guidelines
Do not abuse AI, OCR, storage, community features, or other users; do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or sensitive material without authorization. AI output requires your review and may be inaccurate.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: Kirami Study™ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The developer and operators do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI/OCR results will be completely accurate or reliable.
10. Limitations of Liability
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer and operators of Kirami Study™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
11. Liability cap
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the aggregate liability of Kirami Study™ and its operators for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kirami Study™ and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own unlawful conduct.
13. Governing law and venue
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Kirami Study operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in that location have exclusive venue for disputes relating to these terms, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have.
14. Repeat infringer policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers.
15. Minimum age and children’s privacy
Kirami Study is a general-audience service and does not knowingly offer accounts to children under 13. You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13 without legally valid parental consent, we will disable the account and delete personal information as required by law. Parents or guardians may contact contact@kiramistudy.com about a child’s information.
16. Academic integrity and institutional independence
Kirami Study is a study aid, not a way to evade academic rules. Do not use our AI, OCR, flashcards, quizzes, or shared content to complete graded work for submission as your own, bypass proctoring or access controls, impersonate another person, or otherwise facilitate contract cheating. You are responsible for following every course, exam, employer, licensing-body, and institutional honor code. Schools, universities, instructors, and testing organizations are not affiliated with, responsible for, or bound by Kirami Study unless they separately agree in writing.
17. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload, generate, publish, or share unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, malware-bearing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful content. Do not upload another person’s confidential educational records, credentials, health data, payment data, or personal information without a lawful basis and permission. We may remove content, restrict features, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts to protect people, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
18. AI and field-specific disclaimer
AI-generated text, diagrams, OCR labels, and recommendations can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or fabricated. Verify all outputs against reliable sources before relying on them. Kirami Study does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, investment, engineering, safety, emergency, or other professional advice, and must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional or an institution’s official materials.
19. Subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and disputes
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed monthly or annual price until canceled. Before purchase, you must receive the price, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation method; cancellation is available in Account Settings and stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are final, we do not provide prorated refunds, and there is no special refund or cancellation exception for examinations, deadlines, or “cram week.” Contact support promptly about a billing issue before initiating a card dispute when possible; nothing in these terms limits your lawful right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
